Shipping

Select your destination from the countries available at checkout. US standard shipping is free, with estimated transit of 5–9 business days. Expedited US shipping is $14.95, estimated at 3–5 business days. International standard transit is estimated at 10–20 business days, or 5–10 business days for expedited shipping. These estimates exclude order processing.

Delivery estimates vary by destination and availability. USPS, UPS, FedEx or a destination postal service may carry the shipment. International customs processing can add time. The final carrier is assigned when your order ships. Tracking information is provided when available. Verify the address and your vehicle selection before payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Provide the order number and a description of the issue. For fit problems, include your vehicle’s make, model, year and photos of the fit. Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Items must be clean and in their original condition, with all included pieces. If an item is defective, damaged or differs from the order, we will explain the available replacement or refund options. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. This does not limit rights that apply under law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time varies. Contact support for a status update. Optional shipping upgrades are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Product Warranty

The mats include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and improper installation are excluded. Email support with proof of purchase and photos to request assistance.

Terms of Purchase

Catalog prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may choose one of the supported payment currencies. The converted total, reference-rate date and currency are displayed before payment; your quote is valid for 30 minutes. Stripe charges the currency and amount you confirm. Currency rates use European Central Bank reference data via Frankfurter. Your card issuer may apply its own fees. The complete interior + trunk kit is $79.53; the interior-only kit is $59.92. Optional extras and delivery charges are itemized before payment. Check every order detail before confirming your payment.

Vehicle selection uses the product reference catalog. If your trim or body style is not clearly identified, ask for fit assistance before ordering. Images illustrate the product and may differ in detail by vehicle, color or texture. Brand presentation images are illustrative. Illustrative review examples adapt reference feedback using fictional names and locations; these examples are labeled and do not identify verified Store Zentro customers.

An order is paid only when the payment provider confirms it. Unsuccessful or expired payment attempts are not confirmed orders. Contact support promptly if an order needs correction or cancellation.

Privacy

The TikTok Pixel and Events API measure page and product views, product customization, cart additions, checkout starts, payment information completion, support link clicks and purchases confirmed by Stripe. TikTok click IDs, browser identifiers, IP address and user agent may be shared for advertising attribution. Email, phone number and an anonymous visitor identifier are SHA-256 hashed before matching; card details are never sent. Shared event IDs prevent counting the browser and server copies as separate conversions. Global Privacy Control disables this measurement. Browser privacy controls and ad blockers can limit tracking.

For live store activity, we use a random, short-lived browser identifier, your current checkout stage, campaign source and approximate country. Activity records are retained for approximately 24 hours and are available only to the store administrator. This count does not include contact information or card details, and Global Privacy Control disables it.

UTMify helps us attribute orders to advertising campaigns. For new tracked orders, we share order identifiers, products, amounts, payment status, campaign parameters, and customer name, email, phone and country with UTMify. Full card details are never shared. Global Privacy Control disables this advertising measurement.

We use the contact details, shipping address, vehicle selection and order details you provide to process orders and respond to support requests. Payments are processed by Stripe; Store Zentro does not collect or store complete card details.

Your postal code and selected country are sent to Zippopotam.us, or Postcodes.io for UK addresses, to suggest your city or district and region. Ambiguous postal codes require a country selection; you provide your street and building number. Your order choices, contact details, shipping address and advertising attribution may be kept in your browser’s session storage. A secure cookie associates your browser with your payment status.

The Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure page visits, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, payment setup, support link clicks and confirmed purchases. Browser identifiers, IP address and user agent may be shared with Meta. For payment events, normalized contact and address identifiers are hashed before transmission to help match events. Shared event IDs help prevent duplicate counting. Global Privacy Control is respected. Browser privacy controls and ad blockers may limit this processing.
